Christmas Eve is a time for family. We encourage you to bring families of all ages to the service, and enjoy kid friendly fun, and refreshments after!

The Gift
Every gift tells a story. Some gifts are inexpensive, others are costly. Some gifts are kept and enjoyed for years, others are quickly recycled. The most treasured gifts tend to be the ones given by those who love us—gifts that meet a real need and come at personal cost. What makes these gifts meaningful is not just their value, but the intention and sacrifice behind them.
There is one gift so priceless that it changed the course of history—the gift of Jesus. Sent to meet our greatest need, Jesus is the ultimate expression of God’s love and good intention for us.
After Jesus’ birth, wise men from the east traveled a great distance to worship Him. They brought with them gifts—not out of obligation, but adoration. Though these men were likely unaware, each of their gifts represented a different dimension of Jesus’ ministry for mankind. By exploring the meaning behind their gifts, we gain deeper insight into who Jesus is and why He is the greatest gift to the world.

Sharing God’s love with our community this Christmas!
Thank you for being part of this special outreach effort! Each box you fill will bless the faculty of Wakefield Middle School and those in your life who we can BLESS for christmas.
Follow these simple steps to participate:
1. Take two boxes (or a few more!) home
You’ll find empty boxes in the lobby. Grab two—or as many as you’d like to fill.
2. Add a $15 gift card to Chick-fil-A, First Watch, or Alpaca
You may want to do more, but we desire all boxes to be equal.
3. Add a few thoughtful items
Choose a couple of small items that say “you’re appreciated.”
Some ideas:

- A Salty or Sweet Snack
- Drink mix packets
- Hand sanitizer
- lip balm
4. Include a handwritten note of encouragement.
Share a few words of hope, gratitude, or prayer — Let them know they are seen and valued. If you have children, invite them to draw or write a note as well.
5. Return your filled box by December 7.
Drop it off at the Welcome Desk anytime before the deadline.
6. Deliver your second box to a neighbor, friend, co-worker, or someone in your life, who will be blessed by a small gift.
Together, we can spread joy and remind our community that they are seen, loved, and appreciated this Christmas season.
*God calls us to serve with whatever we have. If you’re participating but don’t have the means to include a gift card right now, we still encourage you to take a box, fill it with the items you can, write the note, and most importantly pray over the box — knowing that your love, your intercession, and your act of service are just as meaningful.
